Our hotel honoured by the “Feinschmecker” (FF, for comfort and a friendly atmosphere); noble wines selected by the host for the benefit of his guests. Young head chef Dario Di Pietrantonio conjures up refined home-made regional and Mediterranean specialties using ingredients from the region and the Rössl garden.
Great tradition
We pamper our guests whether in the romantic environment of our two “stube” (classical and gothic style of the 15th century) or on our terrace under the warm summer sun, or even by candlelight serving them refined dishes of
regional and mediterranean cuisine, with the best wines and distilled liquors of local and Italian production. And to top a great meal you need have a nightcap, you can sip it in
the hotel bar which used to be where they smoked the traditional “speck”.
In autumn he enchants his guests with delicious dishes in which he uses “Pala” pears (a rare type, extremely good and natural) and the meat comes straight from farmers of the area. To us freshness is the key to good cuisine.
